01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cup8 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by cup8 ("Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Cup8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. 02Eligibility & Registration

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you once all conditions are met and there are no outstanding disputes.

11Liability Limits

The cup8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we always strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, cup8 cannot provide an absolute guarantee that our services will always be free from errors or technical disruptions.
